Bayrakcı Metal is a company that holds the” ISO 9001: 2015″ quality management system certificate. In light of this certificate, various evaluations are made considering the complaints and feedback of our customers.
Bayrakcı Metal; evaluates customer complaints to improve both product and service quality.
In this context;
- From the design of our products to the post-sales services, the process of identifying, collecting and analyzing the data related to the complaint is conducted.
- The required directions are given in light of intra company evaluations.
- Quality management system is enabled according to the size and reality of the complaints.
- As a result of these evaluations, customers are responded and the problems related to the complaint issue are resolved.
- After all these steps, the deficiencies are completed in order to avoid the problem to occur again.
